Apply EPIMAX^® Paraffin Free Ointment to skin as frequently as required, smoothing gently into the affected areas in the direction of hair growth.

Do not use on the face and after use on the body, wash hands and avoid touching the eyes.

Can I use this product if I'm pregnant?
You shouldn't need to take any special precautions whilst using this product during pregnancy or breast-feeding. However, it is important to speak to your doctor before using this product or any other medication during this time, to make sure that it is safe for both you and your child.

When should this product not be used?
Rarely mild reactions such as skin rash can occur. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. This product contains cetostearyl alcohol, which may cause local skin reactions or allergic reactions. Any undesirable effects should be reported to your doctor, pharmacist, or nurse. Seek medical advice if accidentally swallowed. Avoid contact with eyes. Talk to your doctor, pharmacist, or nurse before use if the skin is broken, badly cracked, infected, or bleeding. Any undesirable effects should be reported via the MHRA’s Yellow Card Scheme, which can be found at: www.mhra.gov.uk/yellowcard

Hazards:
Most emollients contain paraffin, which means that any fabric (clothing, bedding, dressings etc) that has been in contact with these products burns more easily and is a serious fire hazard. Therefore, you should not smoke or go near naked flames when using this product as there is a risk of severe burns.

How to store this product:
Store below 25°C. Do not freeze. Do not use after the expiry date. Use within three months of initial opening.
